Returns policy
Bought something online and need to return it? No problem: you can return an unwanted item within 7 days of receipt. Simply post it back to us at the following address:

Please ensure that:
- The items must be in the original condition and packaging
- Repackage the products securely and send to the address above
- Include the reason for the return, the invoice number and your email address or telephone number. Tell us if you would like a refund or a replacement
If we don't receive the item we can't refund you or replace it, so we recommend you obtain proof of postage
Incorrect or damaged items
If you've received an incorrect or damaged item, once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will apply a credit to the card used to place the order, or send a replacement – whichever you would prefer.
